General terms and conditions
This site belongs to and is operated by E C Distributors (Piccadilly) Limited ("ECD", "we" or "us").

Prices
All item prices are expressed in Pound Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT and carriage.
Products
All valves appearing on this website are new and of prime but not necessarily current production. All valves are tested prior to despatch. Whenever possible valves are supplied under the manufacturers brand as specified in the list. Where the manufacturer is specified as Russian or Chinese, such valves may be supplied under an alternative brand.
Availability
All items are offered, subject to availability. We aim to despatch all goods ordered within 2 working days. Should this not be possible, we will inform you within that time by emailing you with an anticipated delivery date. You will then, at that time, be given the option of cancelling the item that is not available, ordering an alternative part, cancelling the complete order or leaving it on order to be despatched as soon as possible.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the value of the order and where they are being shipped to. Delivery charges, as applicable, will be added to the total cost of the order.

Ordering errors
You may correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'place order' on the final page of our ordering process.
Once payment has been taken, the ONLY way to correct any errors is to cancel the order and place a new one. RBS Worldpay/ECD will then instigate a refund of the payment taken in respect of the initial order.
Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the item(s) ordered.
Cancellation rights
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, UK consumers have the legal right to cancel their order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us. Please refer to Returns for details of what to do.
Guarantee
All valves & sockets are guaranteed for 90 days. Please retain the original valve boxes in case you need to return the product.
In the unlikely event of a fault, please return it in your original packaging to ECD, Returns Dept, RAC Buildings, Park Road, Faringdon, Oxfordshire, SN7 7BP.
Should we, for any reason, be unable to replace a faulty item, you will be offered an alternative part or a full refund.
This guarantee is only valid within the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and/or Channel Islands. This guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear or, in the case of valves, inserting them into circuits for which they were not intended. In some cases we may require to know the make and model of the equipment in which the valve was used before agreeing to any claim. Removal of or alterations to the markings on the valve may also invalidate the guarantee.
In respect of matched pairs and quartets, please return the complete set, clearly marking the defective valve(s). We reserve the right not to offer a refund or exchange on valves once the boxes have been opened unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns
Should you, for any reason, wish to return any goods, in the first instance please email info@ecdonline.co.uk, stating the original Order Number, the Part(s) being returned and the reason for the return. We will email you with instructions for the return and a GRN reference which should be quoted on the package.
Please DO NOT return any goods, for whatever reason without prior agreement.
Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to ECD. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without ECD's permission.
Accuracy of content
ECD has taken every care over the contents of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT.
